The codes for a Jumbo Universal Remote for your TV can be found using this link: www.vat19.com/dvds/jumbo-universal-remote-manual.pdf

This pdf is the complete operational guide for a Jumbo Universal Remote and contains all of the instructions and codes. It covers the battery installation, which can be easily overlooked due to the fact that most people presume they can do themselves. Next the pdf then covers an important feature, the LED indicator which will light up in a certain way to provide you with feedback that what you are doing is correct during the programming of the code.  It also blinks when the Jumbo Universal Remote is in programming mode and in menu mode. There is also a picture of the remote with directional indicators to name each button that you will need to program it to your TV.

You now have to find the right code from the list given which is organized in alphabetical order so you can find your TV make and model easily, the code will be next to it. The instructions now state that once you have the correct code that you should then press and hold the code search button until the red indicator stays on, you then release the code search button.

You then enter the three digit code you have chosen from the code tables. If you enter a valid code entry the red indicator will turn off. If you enter an invalid code the red indicator will flash. Now with your device turned on, press the channel up button. If your TV responds then no further action is required, but if it does not then you need to redo all of the steps again. You do have to check though because if you find that it does not operate all of your equipment then you will need to try out a different code.

Now if you find that your TV or other electrical device, still does not respond after you have tried all of the codes for your brand or if your brand is not listed then there is another way. You do this by manually turning on your TV, VCR, DVD etc, and then press and hold the code search button until the red indicator stays on, then release the code search button. Now face the remote towards the device and press the power button and release till the power on the device turns off. If there is still no response then press channel up button repeatedly until the device you want to control changes channel. If you accidentally overshoot the codes required then press the channel down button which will back trap you through the library until the device changes the channel.

The next step is to press and then release the mute button to install the code, now test all the other buttons you need such as volume up and down to ensure you have got the right code finally and the Jumbo Universal Remote now works.

I figured out how to program the JUMBO UNIVERSAL REMOTE the one with no brand.  I also lost the manual and have spent countless hours figuring it out. You don't need the codes but this might take time.

Turn device off point to the device with the remote.

Press and hold CODE SEARCH the red lid light will light up and stay

then press the device you want to search for EXAMPLE cable, tv, vcr etc. Make sure your pointing the remote at the device or this will not work.  Led light will blink once

The hard part you must push the power button until you see the device turn on.  You can press up to 300 times until it locates the code. The led will blink every time you press the power button.
(NOTE: Don't press so fast because I myself press so fast that I miss it when the device turned on and had to start all over.)

once the device turns on press ENTER and hold it until the lid light has a series of blinks

test it by pushing the channel buttons up or down.

I suggest that you get right on top of the device your programing because like many people I have all my media devices stacked, and found that cause interference.  So move in close to be sure that your remote is contacting with the right device.

Much Love Raqui

I don't have codes for your exact model. I do have a helpful solution for the future when this happens again, take a sharpie pen and write them on inside of battery door, or on a white sticky label and stick to inside of battery door. This is the best solution I have found. ( at least for me ) ONE LESS HEADACHE. Hope this helps you!!!

The Innovage Jumbo Universal Remote eliminates this problem by offering a universal remote control that boasts large soft touch buttons and enough intelligence to command a quartet of A/V devices, albeit not simultaneously. Not only are the buttons large enough for the visually impaired to see, the entire remote is also pretty sizeable, making it harder to lose the remote. At least you no longer need to purchase a magnifying glass which could end up as a source of fire in your home when left on the coffee table during the day. The Innovage Jumbo Universal Remote retails for £14.99.
