Let the x-axis represent the amount of salt added to the solution (grams.) Let the y-axis represent the distance from the bottom of the beaker/container holding the egg and water/salt solution (cm/mm.)

Place an empty beaker on a scale. Record weight. Place the egg in the beaker. Record the weight. Add water to completely submerge the egg a certain distance. Record the weight. Add salt gradually until you notice a change in the eggs buoyancy. Record the weight and height of float. Continue to add salt and record weight and height of float until the egg surfaces.

You graph a egg by just watch and see if your egg doesnt float and graph it by saying it floated for however many days and then tell when the egg stopped floating
