Working capital is the organization's total current assets. Net working capital is the difference between current assets and current liabilities, and is an important measure of an organization's ability to meet its current liabilities, or its short-term debt-paying capacity.

Gross means nothing is deducted .....so gross working capital means total current assets of an organization and net means ...every thing is deducted so net working capital means current asset minus current liabilities.

They both are the same.. It's only that there is an extra word in Net working capital.. Hehe and you can have more information about Working capital from the site below.. I searched through Net a little about it.. =PP
