There is no clear information that states where you can check your straight talk phone records. For most phone providers they send out a monthly bill to inform their customers of their phone records. In this case, I advise you to contact straight talk to obtain the relevant information.

The straight talk company gives customers a number of different ways to contact them, so it is up to you which you believe is the most convenient. However, it is vital that you provide the straight talk employees with specific information when you get in contact. As well as the details of requesting where you can check your phone records, you will have to inform them of your straight talk MEID DEC/serial number as well as your cell phone number.

There are three ways you can contact them. You can get in touch via the telephone, email or by letter. If you want to call them you must ring the number 1-877-430-CELL (2355). You will be put through to a customer service representative of the company who should be able to help you with your issue. In addition to that you may want to email them. Make sure you send your request to the right email address which is [email protected]. Your last point of call for straight talk is via a letter. If you want to write to them then you should address the letter to:

Straight Talk, Inc
Attention: Executive Resolution Department
9700 NW 12th Avenue
Miami, FL 33178

If you need a quick response then give them a call. That way you will be able to get an answer as soon as possible because you will be speaking directly to a straight talk employee.

ST does not give out call detail records as per company policy but under certain circumstances they may. Call ST and ask for the requirements.

Requested transcripts on 7/25/17 for phone call received at 8:02. On 7/22/17, phone transfers to detailed records by representatives won't go thru. I need transcripts now
