What are the advantages of using Twitter Bootstrap to design a website?

It appears that Bootstrap takes all that nasty CSS and HTML and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you, which sounds extremely pleasant. As someone who has previously designed websites, I can say from experience that all that coding just distracts you from the detail of the design itself. Instead of, "not having a big enough time frame" to make it look good, you can spend as much time on what your or the customer wants; no rush, no hurry. I really haven't had much experience with Bootstrap at all, but from what I can tell, it appears to be a very valuable asset to the web design community.
