When you see a question that was accidentally doubled, which one do you tend to answer?

There's a little trend of that happening, usually because of a flow like this:

1. Person posts question and does not sign up.

2. Person realizes they won't get notifications and interactions with answers to their question if they don't sign up, so they create a profile.

3. They re-post the question with their new profile, so the same question appears in the feed twice.

I usually try to answer the one with the name. If they're both anonymous, then I do what Aux Arcs said, and answer the latest one.

I also try and delete duplicate questions if noone has answered them, sometimes I don't spot it in time though.

I see which increased the notice so i follow that to be into the discussion cycle. If i be the first one, i pick up randomly by how i feel about it.

Usually the one that has the most answers on it. The other one with little or no answers, I usually delete.

When I see a question posted two times then I prefer to answer the older one and for the new one I entered the reference of older question. I learn this practice through grademiners prices review that guide me beautifully in writing my papers.
