I am able to break done an altercation to the base most rational perspectives, from both sides, and empathize with them as well as give them a better understanding of that which is outside of current view/opinion/perspective.
Oddly when confronted with reason, people of Sound Mind, tend to appreciate someone taking the time to diffuse the situation while still understanding their anger or angst.
I was the most boring bouncer in the 90's at a local bar/dance club. Usually engaged verbally with people and never had to have anyone escorted out.
Not very.
If I actually make a demand, it's usually a non-negotiable one.
