I'm playing The Elder Scrolls Online with my newest character; a female High Elf named Marabell Elisven. She's currently playing the lute in a bar and enjoying a mug of mead while I type this answer.

I've only ran into two minor bugs. The NPC character I needed wasn't where they were suppose to be but a quick relog fixed it easily. In my personal experience, I haven't had too much lag. It mostly occurs in large cities where a lot of players hang out together but even then, it's not too bad. It also depends on whether you'll be playing on PC or on Console. I play on PC. Zenimax (the company that maintains the game) doesn't give a specific required speed. My internet speed is 15 MB/s max with about four devices connected at all times and it runs very smoothly for me. With my speeds and PC hardware, I typically get around 50-60 Frames Per Second during PvE and about 30-40 during PvP. I've read that some players have been able to play quite well with only 2 MB/s internet speed. In your place, I'd consider alittle research into it.

Defiantly grouping with you if I get the game. You sound pretty experienced with it. My gaming platform is all PC and I have pretty beefy hardware and a good graphics card. I don't have to worry about the PVP cause that's just not going to happen with me. I have learned my lesson with that. I'm going to look into it and see. Thanks a whole lot for your input and information.
