I am part of Girl Scouts but I don't think I will be part of a troop this year. I am planning on earning my gold award but i need to complete a journey first. Is that something I can do without a troop?

I don't know about Girl Scouts, but Girl Guides Australia (the Australian contingent of WAGGGS) has email addresses that we can ask our State Project Manager or someone about.  Is there an internet troop that you can join?  We also have Guide groups on the internet for girls who live too far away from a group.
