God and Satan decided to build a bridge between Heaven and Hell to make it easier for everybody to get to the annual Saints vs Sinners football match. Unsurprisingly, Satan defaulted on his share of the cost and God threatened to sue him. Satan just laughed and said, "How you gonna do that? All the lawyers are down here."
Well, if Rooster hadn't sold his planes, he could have flown everyone over there. We'd pick up some bad guys along the way - you know, my cousin Guido, for instance, in case we needed any muscle.
If the US Congress passes the law ... You can sue in a US Court, and if you win, the US government will seize the assets to pay. At least, that's how I think it would work.
