This error message appears to be a specific Intuit Quickbooks code. I've just browsed around their Help site and, to be honest, it's not very helpful. Lots of questions asked, few appear to be answered.
To get any help with this you'll need to find a way to contact them and insist on getting some help.
We have a few very tech savvy contributors here and one or two may be on later, but unless they have experience with Quickbooks they may not be able to help. Sorry.
