No one has this ability. If she does, it would change science as we know it. The reason it feels real might be psychological. We used to do the balloon one where you pretend blow up a balloon and you could feel it pop when someone poked it with a pretend needle. The more someone believes it, the more likely they are to believe it. I'm not saying that this is the case with you, but it's a possibility.
My friend said that she can take energy from the air and turn it into a ball. She also says she can see connections in people's energy. At first I didn't believe her at all but then she showed me how to make energy into a ball. I tried it and could feel the pressure of the ball on my hands. Now I am just confused. I still feel like she's messing with me. If not energy, what causes this?
So the "Closest" thing I can give as a comparison is when I was doing Tai Chi.
At the end of a 2 hour martial arts work out, our teacher said that anyone wanting to do Tai Chi could stay. We went through some deep breathing, and slow movements until I felt a slight buzzing go down my arms and then into my hands for a bit then out my fingers .
While my teacher assigned this to the power flow of one's chi, I think it was totally biological . . . The increased blood flow, and nerves involved in the movements we were doing . . . Plus oxygenizing one's blood with deep cleansing breathing exercises can have good effects.
There is nothing supernatural about this . . .
At our smallest level we are made of energy, energy vibrating at a certain level. As to whether you can form a ball of it, well I think I've only seen that in Movies.
