I have this scratch on the top of my finger nail and i always accidentally hit it on things. it got bigger is oozing a clear liquid. what should i do? its been 2 weeks now and still no healing

I agree with Tiger. Today. I immediately and aggressively "doctor" on a cut, if it's not showing signs of healing in a week. It's doctor time. Unhealing or slow healing cuts are usually a sign of a somewhat major infection. I don't want to scare you but..... Doctor time.

That is a spot that is exposed to A LOT of bacteria! You need to wash your hands regularly, and the reapply an antibacterial ointment and then bandage it. You should do that at least three times a day. If you are already doing that, than go see your doctor.
