Walt is right. I also want to add, figure out WHY it is you are attracted to these guys. What is going on in your life? What HAS gone on in your life? Why does it seem these types of guys are attracted to you? (Let me give you a hint..... There is NO SUCH THING as a "jerk magnet" implanted in anyone! LOL!)
First - develop your self respect and confidence.
Second - even if you have feelings, that doesn't mean you have to ACT on them.
Feelings are a funny thing .. They may guide you in a direction but don't ever be afraid to use some common sense. Use your head not just your foolish heart.

The players and jerks are like little roosters, full of bluster, braggadocio and poppycock...thanks to the wonders of evolution the male of the species anyway is born all dosed up on testosterone, and until they can get a grip and get their hormones under control, they are not much use to themselves or anyone else...
So just give them your most beautiful smile, chuckle them under their cute little chins, and wish them well on their way!
I am with Walt. Once you know you deserve better, it is easy just to look at them like the joke that they are and walk away. They are selfish and insecure and just use girls who think they can change them, or have little to no self esteem. Trust me you deserve better. Just remember that.
