You can view the latest questions -- and they're asked every day --by clicking "New" on the blue banner at the top of the page.
If you just click on the main page you'll be seeing the answers people have given to questions, which is fine because you'll be able to give your answer too.
Occasionally you might even find a question that's years old. Once in a while somebody digs one out and answers it.
