I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone who wished me luck with my Hound. I had to put him to sleep this afternoon and I hope you'll forgive me if you don't see much of me around for bit ? I'm sorry. Great caring people here. I'm heart broken.

I am so sorry Rooster. I find it particularly upsetting that these beautiful creatures that become family members should have such a short lifespan.

Sad, sad news, Rooster.  I'm so sorry it was necessary.

My thoughts are with you Rooster, I struggle with words because I know how that heartbreak feels, sadly, it's the price we pay for all the years of joy they bring us.  The world will always be a little less richer for them not being here because they are so unique. Thank goodness they were because we would of missed out on so much love and laughter.
