What do you do when you get stressed out?

Depends on what's stressing me out :)

-I hide from the world sometimes ( I call it sitting in a corner... The person I love most gets that:) I like that he understands ... I spend my time on here when I'm in a corner )

- I sort cupboards or closets  ( I find organizing Stuff very calming for me ... I love it !!! )

I sing cheezy 80s songs into a hair Brush infront of a full length mirror .... That always  calms me and makes me happy as' ... Cos I just don't think for 5 minutes and I love it :) do this song then :) and repeat if nessasary :p

Prayer and leave it. I've got no time for stress, worry, hate or foolishness. Those items Will give you, me and everyone  a severe mental headache and irrverisible wrinkles 😝. 

Furthermore stress is not our BFF. 

I'm always thinking about talking, love, sharing, hugging, Blurtiting, FB, eating, drinking shine when I get my shipments, encouraging and working on being, happy, calm, cool and sweet. I got no time for stress.

I try to escape it. That can be through media or through going outside or through some other distraction, but unless it gets at the source, it's only temporary relief.

Just don't think about what's stressing me out and I do something I am passionate about like sports or reading a book or social media and talking to my friends

Just before I have a mental breakdown I always turn to music and just blast some good tunes full blast. If that doesn't work getting some fresh air definitely does the trick!
