It sounds like a good day to me Otis. I like both. Spaghetti, especially if it is on a plate beside veal parmesan. And trivia when it pertains to Rock and Roll or the American Civil War.

I like silly trivia like bits of "useless" information. I love it when people post those kinds of questions! Lol! And spaghetti is not a favorite with the Yin and Yang youngins so I don't make it often. However I stumbled on accident a way everyone ate it! I was having one of those "make what you got in the fridge stretch" kind of days and I had messed up fettachini noodles in the fridge which I didn't want to waste really so I slapped a little spaghetti sauce on top of it with cheddar cheese and baked it in the "Big hot thing" aka my oven! Lol! I had to leave and when I came back it was gone! It actually came out very good! Oh yah and another time I messed up dinner I ended up taking it to my ladies life group and they LOVED it! I called it "frankenstien" cuz it was made from bits and pieces of things I had laying around the kitchen. It was salad Mac noodles, sauteed red and green bell peppers with onions, cooked zucchini, spaghetti sauce mixed together with olives and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top! Lol! Frankenstein! Lol!
