I like picking up things when I travel. It is not anything particular like a shot glass. (I know someone who does that.) I pick up something to remind me of the place. Like a carved wooden sea turtle from Hawaii or a carved stone whale tail from Alaska. A stein from Germany,
I like to collect shark teeth, fossils and I have a nice sized collection of some hideously ugly things. Friends and relatives search for the ugliest things they can find and gift them to me.
Antique woodworking and forestry tools, old metal Ford dealership signs and all kinds of bottle openers.
Books books books, of all kinds, of all authors. I have three bookshelves in my room going up to the ceiling. And boy are they full of books. Do you think I should take an extra room and turn it into a minitaure libary?
Angel figurines.
Glass bottles and jars...
I collect elephants, the kind you dust, not the kind that trample you when you tickle their trunk. And books. Lots and lots of books.
Smiles.
Hello
Megan! I used to have several collections in the past. My favourite of them all
was my stamp books. I had pieces from around the world and I kept getting new
ones as time went by. I also had a sticker collection! I had about four or five
albums that I did manage to complete and they must surely cost a lot by now!
I love collecting good friends
