It could be gas, or indigestion. Best to rule out anything nasty by seeing your doctor.

Your shoulder is towards your back and your heart is in your chest. They should be easy to distinguish.
If you have any doubts you should seek medical assistance. There won't be much comfort in looking back and thinking, "Yeah, it really was the heart."
