I've only ever attended my mother's wedding, so I'd have to say many more funerals.

Sadly, funerals. By a wide margin.

Weddings. As a matter of fact I was at one last night. My nephew got married.

I've been to an exact equal amount of both. However, in a couple months my brother is getting married. Then I would have been to more weddings. I went to a memorial though, which I didn't count as a funeral, as a traditional funeral could not be afforded. It was much more casual and not very church-like, and had no body present. If you were to count that one, then I have been to more funerals, and then it will be equal once I attend my brother's wedding.

I've been to two weddings that weren't my own and two funerals. I'm kind of even at the moment. Actually one was a memorial because the family decided on a cremation instead of a burial. I still count it as a funeral though.

Funerals.  I'm the last one left of my original immediate family.

My heart goes out to you my friend. You have shed many years. But I always like to think of a country song by Garth Brooks called "The Dance." I could have missed the pain... But then I would have missed the dance. I hope you danced a lot in your lifetime my friend! ☺

Funerals, I believe. When I was in college, it seemed like I was going to a ton of weddings. Now, not so much. Funerals seem to be more prevalent for me.
