Coffee. I do drink a beer or two on occasion, but not every day. Not even every weekend. But I gotta have my coffee EVERY morning and sometimes I have a cup throughout the day.

I need my coffee all day, every day. I could never give it up. I rarely drink alcohol and could give it up easily.

Hi Mate,

On one of many stays in Hospital I was ordered to take "Sustagen" with milk 3 times a day to gain weight & build myself up again & it was delicious.

If it's for sale over there I could recommend it.....s & J & M

My weight is fine S. In fact, I could afford to lose a few pounds.

I could give up either . . . Been alcohol free for about 2 months now . . . I DIDN'T SAY I WAS HAPPY ABOUT IT! . . . ;)

Mostly for dietary reasons . . .

Rarely drink alcohol. Most bottles remain sealed around me.

But coffee on the other hand , ( literally ) I really drink far too much of it. That would be a tough one to give up.

I think it's coffee, as I drink it every day and several times too, maybe 3 or 4 cups per day. So I know it's harder to give it up.

About the alcohol I can give it up, as I seldom drink it, I drink it only when I am with my family for celebrating birth day or joining a party etc.

Coffee. I have not had a drop of alcohol in over 52 plus years. I quit smoking over 49 years ago. I guess that is why I am still around.

I used to be a moderate drinker when I met my wife almost 40 years ago.  She didn't drink, so over the years I eventually lost interest in alcohol on anything like a regular basis---although I do like an occasional margarita or a beer.

I used to drink tea every day, but eventually changed to coffee---and I don't remember how or when or why that happened.

It turns out that I simply do not have any "addictive" element in my personality in regard to either.

I occasionaly stop drinking coffee---but for no other reason than I am temprarily tired of doing so.
