I taught someone how to lay tile, on a floor and walls. Since then, he's gone tile crazy and tiled his kitchen, his mothers kitchen floor and his in-laws kitchen backsplash.

I taught my nephew how to run a skid steer loader. That wasn't enough for his curiosity. He went to trade school and is now running a trackhoe and backhoe for a local excavating company.

I had to teach my eldest dog how to go down the stairs if that counts haha. I also taught a boy in my woodshop class in high school how to run a band saw, because we got ino an argument about how I couldn't possibly know since I was the only female in that class
