None. I avoid all mirrors at all cost.

Only when it is right in front of me. Like when I wash my hands, or brush my teeth.
If there's a mirror, I'll stop and briefly look into it and give my hair a fluff.
When getting ready in the morning and the various times I need to be in front of the basin for hand washing, teeth brushing, etc. I don't linger any longer than necessary .... The experience isn't fun.
Hi there! It will be about three times a day. That’s to brush my teeth in the mornings and evenings and while getting ready to go work. Nothing to do with narcissism here, I only check my reflection because it is required and because the mirrors are there to be used.
Maybe twice a day, unless I ate something that I know might get caught in my teeth or something icky like that, then I will check to see if it did.
Twice. Morning, and Night.
