Zippers are okay. Forget the shrimp. I love me a pool-opening day, but it's too dang cool for that yet, here!

Shrimp scampi...yum but wait an hour before going in the pool. Sure hope it's heated ' cause there's still ~ sigh ~ snow here.

Not quite hot enough for the opening of the pool, no shrimp and zippers...well.....without them it would be harder to get in and out of my clothes. So, zippers it is!

We don't close the pools in the sunshine state, so there is no opening them either. Shrimp scampi sounds good, but I need to cook up the pork I have in the fridge. And thank you to whoever invented the zipper. Have you ever been in a hurry to use the restroom and had a button fly? UGH! Talk about a close call.

I check my zipper every day.

Any day is a good day for shrimp scampi.

We have a pool---it's open when the water gets warm enough for us. (We'd never use it when it's cold or even cool out even if it were heated.)
