Why do we feed death row inmates an any thing you want last meal? Why not give a nice meal to one that turns their life around?

The whole thing is fairly morbid. I'd be happy with no death penalty myself.

Some US states are not doing them or putting restrictions on them. In FL it has to be able to be purchased locally. I think it is just done out of compassion. While the prisoner has been convicted of a horrible crime, it is a way to show those putting them to death are not equally as evil.

The one who turns his life around would much rather have a person give them a chance for employment again. We need jobs and bosses who are willing to hire someone who turned their life around. The sad part is, is that some people like the person and want to give them a second chance but can not hire them due to insurance reasons.
