What are subjects that will fire you up in a flick of a switch?
People putting down or spouting misconceptions about those who serve in our armed forces, and those using stolen valor. (Claiming they served when they did not.)
1. Homosexuality and the many misconceptions about homosexuals
2. Complaints about millennials
3. Political hypocrisy
Those are the big three that will set me off like a firecracker :)
Im always up for a lively discussion.
Give me politics, religion, philosophy, geography, history, music and trivia.
Things that fire me up and also saddens me. Bad drivers, uncompassionate people, pedofiles, animal cruelty, religious solicitation, industrial polluters,and terriorists.
Oh Yeah, I almost forgot Trump.
Many subjects break my heart for I have never been much of a fiery personality. However there are a couple that I have a harder time keeping my trap shut... Lol!
1) keeping convicted child molesters and rapist "PC'ed up" (basically locked up in segregation.) Put the perverts out in general population and let the other inmates take out the trash! Why should they be more protected then the people they victimized! There are many inmates who would raise their hand to take out the trash. LET THEM!
2) I get fired up when people automatically put down the father just because he is male. They automatically assume the female parent is better. I am sorry but I personally know a "mother" who ditched her husband and five kids to go live with another man and have kids with him. I see the hurt and anger in the children left behind and yet they are doing great because they have a dad who didn't let this destroy him. He takes GREAT care of his children BY HIMSELF. Don't put fathers down in front of me! Please.
3) more recently, I will get fired up if people put down or talk negatively about those who suffer from mental health issues.
