Not only the splash everywhere but the weight of water about nine lbs per gallon would do alot of damage
Why can't they use water bombers on tall, burning buildings? (PS: If you're going to remove my questions, at least TELL ME WHY!!!)
I believe the main reason is the small number of such aircraft available.
