Are there actual people where when you ask them the same question 3 times they feel like they HAVE to answer it, or has someone been trolling me for a solid year?

I like to answer questions even if it seems like they asked it already. By three I am usually pointing out "hay haven't you asked this before? Was the first couple rounds of answers not good enough?" However I am wise enough to know by asking the same thing a couple times you might get different people to answer then the first time or maybe answers have changed (like when someone asks if they should stay with their friendship. Then we later find out the friend is very abusive.) Sometimes answers change.
