I don't have any feelings towards it.

I'll use them for toast but don't like them on a sandwich.
The only way I eat them is if they're toasted. Most times they either go in the garbage or out for the birds.
I save them for last and my bread usually gets moldy before I finish the loaf, so they usually get tossed. But if I actually do get that far I will eat them.
I use them for bread crumbs.
I don't eat them. I put them out by the bird feeder.
There are times I am so glad they are there! Then other times they get tossed. :0)

Well, if I lived in Alaska in the wilderness and was down to those slices; and if there were blizzard outside and I would have to hike 4 miles to the nearest store for a new loaf, I'd have already started getting my boots on......
Cut up, tossed in olive oil, seasoning and baked, I make croutons. Also they are great for bread crumbs.
Lightly toasted with peanut butter and a handful of blueberries, it makes for a little snack. An open-faced toasty thing.
