Everyone thinks their voice sounds weird when they hear it. Unless you are willing to have surgery, there isn't much you can do about it. And the surgery is risky and may make matters worse.
My voice sounds really irritating lol when I hear mine. Is there any way I can change my voice tone and sound?
Of course there is ... But you have to concentrate on doing so.
We change our voices during singing or acting ... So you can change it for regular talking. It just takes practice, but you can speak with a deeper or higher tone - or even an accent.
I'm not sure what it is about the sound of your voice that you don't like, but remember that our voice sounds different to us when we hear it on a recording vs when we hear ourselves simply speaking
