It just so happens that I live in Pennsylvania and I love lollipops. I got a moon for you too.

National Pennsylvania Day on July 20 recognizes the second state to join the Union.

National Moon Day is observed annually on July 20 and commemorates the day man first walked on the moon in 1969.

July 20th, National Lollipop Day, is an annual observation of this popular and flavorful treat.

Pretty good day, Otis.

National Moon day, commemorating the first walk on the moon on this day in 1969.ย  I remember my parents waking my brothers and me up to watch. I was 7 years old and I wasn't happy about having to get up, but once I realized what I was watching, I was glad to be up. It was amazing to see the grainy video and know that it came all the way from the moon.

I feel bad that the younger generations today don't get to experience something so grand and so full of possibilities. For them the biggest advancements have to do with phones, not new "worlds". We are a minimum of 15 years away from going to Mars, and that even seems iffy.

I like Pennsylvania.. Lots of history there.

I like lollipops especially the all day ones.

I was at work the night man walked on the moon.ย  Telephones were in use that night.

Sure!ย  My grandpa and I both had tears in our eyes when we watched that first step on the moon. Lollipops are great, and I'd love to visit the Liberty Bell. ย  I can work with this day.ย  :)
