My garage is open. The refrigerator out there is currently full of prepped lunch for the next week. Feel free to grab a container. It's either skirt steak with russet potatoes or jumbo shrimp thai curry with brown rice.

Awe thank you my kind friend. It does happen sometimes. I had times where it would go dormant for a year then act up. The pains have changed through out the years. I have been dealing with it since 2008. My first attack I thought I was having a heart attack which I later found out turned out to be a panic attack cuz I had never experienced that type of pain before. Fear kept me from going to the Dr. And now every time I get the guts to have it checked.... the Drs have an excuse why not to test me. (All I want is an ultrasound) all well. This last month I DID go in specifically for the Dr to begin the process of checking me for it..... I went in for gallstones and came out with "diabetes!" Pffft! He said "everyone has gallstones and only about 1 percent have problems with them. So I don't think we need an ultrasound but let's check your blood for liver disease, cholesterol and diabetes!" I only had one Dr who believed me that I may have gallstones and she MOVED offices literally right before she gave me the referral for an ultrasound. The Dr who replaced her said I was too young for gallstones.... treated me for heartburn! So now I avoid certain foods I know are pain triggers and live in fear of eating. I mean if no doctor believes there is anything wrong with me then I must be fine right!?!? Lol!

This morning it was 3 bricks of Weetabix, half of a apple peeled and chopped up with cinnamon, chopped walnuts, and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Combined with about a cup of Organic Soy milk . . . Very delicious.ย
