Not too often any longer. I think I wore out my temper years ago.

Not too often with this alzheimers i have their is nothing to. Get rid off or think about
Depends on the 🐂 💩, from certain people... And the B.S. Their saying.
99.99% I try to walk away, with either a frown and look up and down, while rolling my 👀 or a really smart ase remark.. That being said, probably once a month... I avoid dramatic people.
I try not to, but sometimes it happens. I have a friend that thinks they know everything and I know nothing. Very annoying!
Used to be very often before, now I've gone totally mellow.

Get older helps.
I lost it last night but had no where to channel it so I stuffed it. But then this morning I have a very close friend who let me vent and unload all of it on Him..... And He still loves me the same. 😆

I do find humor in what people get angry over though.
Only when necessary or appropriate.
This last weekend it was daily. Not proud of it but I would have exploded if I didn't.
Normally I'm pretty easy going so it felt kinda wrong afterwards.
