A 13-year-old girl shouldn't be too worried about weight just yet, since she isn't through puberty yet.  Unless she's really badly obese, there's no need to worry too much until after her body has stopped changing.  However, there is nothing wrong with regular exercise and healthy meals.  Jogging and outside activity is a good idea no matter what shape you're in.

Have last years tax records filed and processed as usual by your accountant or if you do it yourself or whatever by the due date coming soon and you will receive a stimulus check that gets issued around May or toward the end of July. Some people get it earlier then others depending on what group the Irs put your social security number in, if you want to know the exact date for yourself when you will get your check go to the IRS.gov website, click on the stimulus link on the main home page and it will ask to enter your last 2 digits of your social security number, it only needs the last 2 digits to know what group you are in, once you type in the 2 digits hit enter and then you will know the exact date.
