You can't. A blocked attachment means that your mail server thought that the file contained in the attachment was dangerous. If you trust the sender, you can ask him to re-send the mail, this time with the attachment in a zip file. Some mail servers are smart enough to check files inside a zip file, so you may want to ask the file to come with a password (make sure your sender tells you what the password is).

It was previously believed that life could not be sustained without sunlight. However in 1977, lifeforms were discovered in the depths of the Galapagos Rift that proved life doesn't necessarily need sunlight to survive. The fact is that Europa appears to have heat and liquid water: Two conditions we know are essential for sustaining life. If extraterrestrial life does indeed exist within Europa's under ice ocean, it would be surviving in an environment not unlike the waters under Antarctica and is likely to comprise of micro-organisms. Brown has been working on the novel for a while and the publication date has been put back quite a few times. The novel will feature the character "Robert Langdon" who has appeared in Brown’s bestselling novels "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons". The story will be set in Washington DC and will be centred around the Freemasons.

As a Reformed Presbyterian, I will tell you that you can, since a physical baptism is just an outward symbol of a change that takes place in the heart. The inward baptism is baptism by the Holy Spirit, when you accept that facet of God's essence into your heart, soul, and mind. However, if you refused to be baptized, you might be asked to provide an explanation.Oh, boy, I'm gonna get ripped a new one here...
