You should be worried. My sister went through this (although she only got to around 80-85 lb.) and she's coming out of it now. It turned out that it was mainly due to our dad's death, five years ago. Some don't have insurance, and some don't know a whole lot about it and are looking for fast sex education. Some are looking to talk with others that have been in their shoes and want advice and someone to talk to. Every three weeks is fine, but if they are coming every three weeks like clock work, then they are considered regular. They are only considered irregular if they don't come on schedule.
