There are many people who are ill-termpered. The best way to combat is "just keep silent"!! Just try to keep your anger inside your mouth and body, and not burst out on someone. Then try to divert your attention to something else...something pleasant, and sit down quiet. Tell your "victim" to leave you alone for a while and that you will talk about it when you calm down.
