Linen is made from flax fibers. Flax grows much like wheat in a field, tall thin stalks with almost no leaves, just long stem with ball of seed on the top. We spend (or should spend) up to 8 hours a night in our beds. We spend that long in our clothes, but yet we wash our clothes more often!! While you are asleep you can move about a lot. We also sweat a lot (have you ever noticed how dehydrated you are in the morning!) In saying that you don't have to change your linen too often. Your pillow will be the dirtiest.
