If fasting in Ramadan, Wake up before Fajar prayer and eat as much as you want. Fajar time is before dawn. Then declare oath of fasting. Now whole day(beginning from dawn) till sunset or Maghreb prayer times, you cannot eat or drink anything and NO SEX AT ALL IN ANY FORM during that time. However having wet-dream won't break your fast since its beyond your control. ...more
