I'd say bring it to a music store (NOT GUITAR CENTER!) and have them examine it. If that doesn't work, have someone from Fender examine it (good luck!). That's my advice. ...more

I would think that if the damage was something to concern you. The National electric code would not allow for that use. Most lamp cord can take 20A for the amount of time it takes for the breaker to trip in the event of a short. The plain overload heat is designed. Meaning the wire is capable of the planned draw. The event of a short no longer bound by anything planned is only limited by the breaker. ...more

Dude, for feeding a bass amp to a sub woofer, you have to use a simple converter. Look for a simple converter that is of two types: one that goes from a cable to a smaller socket, and one that goes from a smaller socket to a cable. With electric you pull 50 amp when stove is in use.
