Hi Junta! Long time not hearing
from me huh? Hope all is well with
you. You know my opinion about
cats. Since I last talked to you,
another cat has adopted me, she is
an outside cat though. Very
affectionate and loving, my
daughter and I call her Cootie.
Cats rule and dogs druel!

I LOVE CATS!! Hehe the whole
attitude is just amazing to

practically a human more than a
cat. Plus the fact that my star
sign is a leo i think im more
intune with the feline family! =)
although saying that dogs are cute

I think cats have to be the better
companion. They're sweet, lovable,
affectionate, playful... But they
don't get in the way or make
gigantic messes, and they don't
expect your attention 24/7.
Cats are a lot easier to take care
of, they're smaller and less likely
to crush you when they crawl into
your lap and puuurrr~.
I love cats, they're sweeties. Even
better: They bathe themselves! Aha
ha, less work for me. All I have to
do is feed him, make sure his
litter box is clean [he used to be
more outdoorsy, but our neighbours
were jerk-offs and trapped him in a
cage] and give him attention once
and a while. Other than that, it's
problem free.
I love having independent pets,
truly I do. Dogs aren't bad, but...
They're so frustrating! If we need
protection, buy a freaking gun.
That's why they were made: For
protection.
Cats rule, dogs drool.

 Cats don't need constant
attention...they are more
independent. They love attention
just as much as dogs, they just
aren't as annoying about it.

TIME

I think cats make better pets than
dogs. Cats are basically self
sufficient as long as they have
food and water. They can be
totally indoor pets not ever having
to 'go out'. And cats really are
sweet animals. You don't hear on
the news where there was a vicious
cat attack- but you do hear it
about dogs all the time.

 I love animals... But I'm a cat
girl. The require less constant
care and have minds of their own. I
have a bombay that fishes with his
tail cutist thing in the world. I
had a siamises cat that would turn
on the tv and the radio if he got
board. I'd like to see a dog do
that.

I like all animals - but I am
definitely for the cats. I
currently have a zoo and each one
is different in their own way. I
do appreciate the low maintenance
feature too. I've dog sat many
times and this getting up, hunting
for the leash and going outside at
godforsaken hours in HOPES of
peeing are way too much.

Agree. They are clean, quiet, use
the cat litter, kind,
sophisticated, and gentle. Contrary
to those behemoths.

Cats are way better than dogs, all
dogs do is wait. They wait for you
to feed them, they wait for you to
pet them, they wait for you to take
them out for a walk, cats are more
independent, they do what they
want, and when they want to be
petted they will let you know, they
require a lot less attention than
dogs do, so you can work, come
home, go away for a day or two and
just leave a bowl of food out and
they will be fine, a dog can't be
left alone for more than a day.
Having a dog is more like having a
kid, a lot more responsibility....
Cats are way, way cooler..

I just don't have time for a dog.
My two girls have been with me for
years, and they have put up with my
vacations, and long work hours.
All I have to do is give up half
the bed, and feed them.

I love my girls (oops cats) and I
do have a boy (dog) too, but my
cats tend to be less of a hassle.
Shoot my baby girl plays fetch
better than my dog does. LOL Cats
tend to be the way they are trained
to be. I have one that loves to be
with you 24/7 and one that likes
her space, but both will come when
I call them. Don't get me wrong, I
am an animal lover and I do love
dogs also.

It's easier to take care of a cat.
You don't have to worry about
making sure you let them out in
time to go potty.

Though I do like both animals and
have had both as pets I will have
to say I think Cats. They take a
lot less looking after, you do not
have to follow them around picking
up their droppings, if they go out
you don't worry they will attack
other cats or people (if they do
attack another cat it is normally a
fairly short affair, there's a lot
of warnings go on before it gets
that far normally one will back
down - not like the dog fights you
see), they do not kill people
without any provocation, you do not
cause unnecessary suffering through
using extreme training methods like
shock collars because it won't stay
in your yard or you don't have
fences. There are lots of other
reason too! Don't be fooled into
thinking dogs are smarter than cats
just because dogs can be trained
better - dogs are more social pack
animals and will do things to fit
in with their pack and like to
play, whereas cats are not a pack
animal so social interaction does
not figure high on their list of
priorities

I like cats better but when it
comes to animals for some odd
reason my family always ends up
with a dog. Cats can warm your lap
and are soft to the touch. Im kind
of against hairless cats though.

Cats does not do any harm to you
while a dog can.
Cats are more playful.
Furthermore it reduces ones bill
like cost of providing her
food..

Cats are totally cool. They are
aloof and do not lick you in the
face and slobber all over you. You
can also leave food out all the
time without worrying they will eat
it all in 2 minutes.

I am definitely a cat person. Dogs
are nice, but they smell and you
have to do EVERYTHING for them.
Cats, on the other hand, have a
mind of their own and are much more
intelligent.

How can you vote against a cat?
Each has it's place. I have 2 dogs
and 2 cats. The Lab is 11 years old
and calm, the Chihuahua is a puppy
and has more energy than anything
I've ever seen. The cats are a
couple of years old and I hardly
see them. The basically keep to
themselves. When they want petted
they come to you and rub up against
you. Every animal has it's own
personality and I vote 'for' mainly
because cats don't have to be
walked or taken out to go potty.
They are easier to care for. Some
cats like to play with you, mine
don't. Never did.

is where. All cats care about are
themselves.

go to the bathroom outside not in a
litter box and you don't have to
clean up after a dog like you do a
cat

 DOGS! Most are intelligent and
loving. A dog is always happy to
see you (not just when you are
opening a can of food). And a
litter box?! Please! Do I really
want cat effluent sitting around my
house? - no! I'd rather clean up
the back yard once a week, thank
you very much!

Cats are so impersonal and couldn't
care less about you until they hear
that can opener running, take the
Garfield comic strip for an
example. Dogs are always so willing
to please and want to play and have
fun with you all the time.
