It was the first Olympics that I ever watched and I loved it! Team USA rules.

U.s. Coach is murdered, doping allegations all around, Chinese children snuck onto the gymnastics team, Cuban karate guy droop kicks the ref and shoves judge, gets banned for life, the Phelps saga, track and field debacle on the Americans part, Jamaica guy smashing record books, now accused of doping, American basket ball Menes team almost blowing it, their egos get in their way. Yep good series indeed.

 I have gotten into the summer Olympics for the the first time in many, many years. I really prefer the winter, but this one has been very nice.

 Yes. Its a very interesting and fantastic series. I agree with Funny fun. It will not last more than it's time. It's just an event like any other events.

 Well, it is interesting to know every thing about the golden medals & I enjoy watching it, so it's Fantastic as you said.
But I think it's an event that won't last for more than it's time even if it was A Golden event.
