 No we do not. Some may say they do, but they are sadly mistaken. Girls are indeed an enigma and virtually impossible to understand by a male.

 True this fact is. I mean we boys TRY to understand girls but trip and fail. Also our brains think differently so of course we don't understand. At Least we try our best to you know ? : )

 It is sometimes hard for different sexes to understand each other. Unless they know each other very well.

 Boyz really don't understand girls they think that they do but they don't when a girl says to call me they mean in like an hour or two not in a year

 Yes, I agree.You have to e a girl to understand yourself, and its same the other way around.

 Guys just don't get girls. Actually the biggest problem is that even girls don't know what they want or how they feel. A guy is very straightforward, whereas a girl says something wants something, likes something but go against it.
But as far as the opposite of this debate is concerned, girls can understand what a guy is feeling in a split second. No matter how hard the guy tries to hide his true self a girl always wins.
This is just the way nature and gender mentality works!!

 It works both ways. Men don't understand women and women don't understand men. A natural way of life.

 Boys don't understand girls this is true because even girls cannot understand themselves.
Actually girls are not able to do which they think in a proper manner.
Boys are somewhere here behind this.
Boys can change mood of girls even in seconds.....
But girls cant understand the feelings of boy

 I don't think boys understand girls but I'm a girl and I wouldn't say I understand girls either to be honest! Humans are strange things!

 There's no way to understand girls.

Girls have a thinking which is full of emotions, fairy lands, castles, and God knows what all.. Guys can never be in a fantasy land. So the mismatch happens.

Again, girls have a lot of mood swings, due to obvious reasons. So it is difficult to keep a girl in a single mood for long. A guy can be in a single mood for years.

Also, girls can make a big fuzz of a small issue. Well, it may be a touch and go issue for us. But for them, its a matter of life and death.

 I agree with this. Boys don't know how to think like girls. That's why partners (guy-girl) often fight because they don't try to understand each other (especially the boys)

 Yes men cannot understan women, and i think if any man try hard to understand some woman he will do but men love this word about no one can inderstand the women

 Does anyone understand the female sex? No, and I thing the reverse in the same for males.

 Yes that happens & reason is sometimes the difference of environment & difference in kind of company both of them posses.
Girls can be usually more committed to relationship(but not always).

 Guys are really hard to figure out, i have always wondered what goes on inside a guys head. But women are even more hard to understand, sometimes i feel bad for guys when they have to figure out why a girl all of a sudden is mad

 Boys don't understand girls that much and the same for girls and boys.

 Yes i am for that i do not understand all men and i think that goes for both. I do not think men get women either.

 And the reverse is just as true. The brains are hardwired differently... Just a fact of life.
