If I were to be taking diet pills,
I could still be eating unhealthy
foods and have a unhealthy diet.
Now, if I had a healthy diet, that
cancels out all of the unhealthy
food completely.

The old fashioned way has worked
for so long and although it takes
longer, the benefits are
lifelong... You'll feel energetic
and it will boost your self
confidence as opposed to taking
pills and risking possible
side-effects...
But the choice is yours

I have to say no to the diet pills
they are bad for you and don't work
that great unless you get them from
the dr. They work but exercise is
always better for you and eat
right you will feel better about
yourself and keep the wt. Off once
you loss it.

I say a healthy diet because the
pills aren't guaranteed, but if you
are eating REAL food, then you will
loose REAL weight!!!

 Diet pills, crank, what's the
difference? Change your diet,
activities, and sleep patterns for
a healthy lifestyle. Speed kills.

 A)Eat healthy & exercise regularly
and not only will you feel better
for it, but you'll lose that extra
weight you want to lose.
B)Take diet pills, assume they will
help you lose weight. Carry on
eating unhealthy when you have that
less frequent appetite and exercise
less. Feel worse, but lose weight.
That's how I see it, and I know
people from both scenarios. All in
all, diet pills seem to be a lazy
way out. No offence to anyone on
them. I can understand where they
have their place, but I still think
they can be avoided just by having
a healthy lifestyle. Will power
folks.

Healthy diet ,good food is the way
to go . If you ate to get big then
you should be able to eat to get
thin again. You just have to find
the foods that you body will handle
better.

The old fashioned way, diet and
exercise is the best way to go.
Diet pills are quick and easy but
the side effects can be
dangerous...remember phen phen? In
order to lose weight you really
have to do two things: Decrease
intake and increase activity. I
didn't say it's easy. I just think
watching what you eat on your own
will help you develop healthy
habits that should last a lifetime.

My parents have tried both. They
tried pills because they don't have
time plan out a healthy meal and
prepare the meals. The pills worked
sometimes. It was like every other
batch of pills would work. Lately
my mother had swiched to Jenny
Craig where the healthy meals are
prepared for you and it's working
out so much better and she seems
very happy with her results.

A healthy diet is always better
than taking pills cuz the bad side
effects produced by these pills is
more than the good effects.A
healthy diet ensures a healthy
lifestyle and makes you fit for the
longer run.

 HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
think about it:
If you have a health lifestyle
you'll lose weight, be in shape,
and have better health.
Diet pills: Losing weight ONLY
until you stop taking them, doesn't
really do much for you health
permanently

 Healthy, 100%! THose pills may
work in the beginning but after
you've stopped taking htem and keep
your old lifestyle, you will end up
starting over! You need to change
your diet and exercise plan, and
consult your doctor instead of the
"easy way out"

It looks as if everybody who
responded is of a single mind. The
only thing diet pills do is make
other people rich. I believe that
if they actually worked and were
safe, family doctors would be
telling patients to use them.
Not only do diet pills not work,
people who use them don't learn to
modify their eating habits. That
goes for the diet shakes and plans
like Jenny Craig and Nutri-system.
If you ever see TV commercials for
that stuff, you have to read the
small print on the screen.
"Results not typical" and "To be
used in conjunction with a sensible
diet and exercise". If you follow
a sensible diet and exercise
regularly, why would you need to
waste money on the pills or those
diet plans?
Learning to eat sensibly can help
dieters avoid the yo-yo syndrome
that can be so harmful. Padraiq is
right. All things in moderation.

pills. Pills may cause side effects

Although the diet pill seems like
the easy ticket, it actually has is
downsides and almost never works in
most circumstances. I found that
dieting the old fashion way not
always keeps you in shape but
benefits your whole body in
numerous ways such as increase your
stanima, muscle mass, healthy body,
good circulatory system, and an
overall healthy prolonged life.

I agree with Stephen society has
just gotten lazy and popping a pill
only takes a second rather then
taken a 20 minute walk and watching
what you eat. Shame on how lazy
sociey has gotten.

I have tried alot of different
types of crazy diets to diet pills.
It is just a short cut, and a hudge
money making industry, also most of
the diet pills just contain alot of
caffaine which will cause you to
get the feeling of being nervous,
to me it did. I did it by smaller
portions and drinking alot of
water. I know it might want to make
you give up at times, but dont, you
will see the results. Also dont
compare youreself with someone
else. Everyone looses weight at a
different rate of speed. I also
didnt think of myself on a DIET,
but eating more healthy. Also the
more active you are, it will also
boost the loss.
Good luck

Even if diet pills really worked ,
and most don't, it would not be a
good idea. Losing weight can be
done in a number of ways but the
problem is that once the diet is
over people resume their old ways
of eating and soon balloon back to
their top weight or even higher,
The only thing that works in the
long run is developing healthy
eating habits and engaging in
regular exercise.
