| Do You Think That The DMV Was Made To Make Us Suffer? |

YES! And is being rude a criteria
for working at the DMV?

I know your question is a serious
one, but it's also amusing. I
honestly don't think the DMV was
designed to make people suffer, but
it can be really exasperating to
deal with all the red tape and
bureaucracy. They could probably
use a good reorganization. I don't
know where you live, but where I
am, we can do more and more things
ON line that we used to have to do
IN line. I've changed my address,
replaced a lost license, renewed my
license and my registration, and
replaced the title of my car. Some
things can be done by phone. That
should shorten a few lines.

I went to the DMV just the other
day and I had to get a permit
because I moved to another state. I
was in and out of there, shiny new
permit in hand, in maybe 20
minutes. And that includes the time
it took for them to enter in my
info, me taking the written test,
getting my picture taken, paying,
and sitting in the lobby for a few
minutes while they made the permit.
And the picture even turned out
well! How awesome is that?

I actually work for the DMV. After
hearing someone tell you they have
a gun in the car and will blow your
head off if you don't give them
what they want, you tend to get a
little edgy. I use to be a really
nice person.

I think the DMV is can do a decent
job at times. It's all a matter of
patience. Though there is one
thing. They are incredibly
insolent. They actually yelled at
my sister for not turning her cell
phone off. Those fiends!

 Where I live (Indiana)they have
done a lot to streamline the
process and they are sooo good at
getting you through the process,
and they win awards for their
courteous and competent service.

Although it can be awful being
there waiting in line. Sometimes
they are rude there, but it is
understandable being that they have
to deal with rude people all day
and that can wear a person down.

The lines seem to be just another
way of slowing people down. The
best time to visit the dmv is one
hour before they close, if
possible.

No, they are just doing a job, Some
employees there do let their job go
to their Head though but they must
remember, they are only public
servants and there to help the
public.

No, simply because you are unaware
of what it's true purpose is! The
DMV, though it does have a system
to have something done, the car
stuff... It has a primary but
secret purpose other than what is
known to you. That need to torment
the people disguised as the
'workers' there as the primary
function! The so-called employees
are in fact prisoners serving time
because of their crimes...and
anti-social behavior. They have
been secretly trained to be better
so they can participate with
society in general. You wouldn't
believe how nasty the unprepared
inmate/worker was when they were
first in the DMV! Look really
close to their faces, don't they
look like they are forced to be
there.
