 Usually, but my first impression
has been wrong a few times
sometimes for good, and sometimes
for bad....

It counts for being one because
it's the last one too...

I agree.. 9 out of 10 times the
first impression is what you get.

Yes 9 times out of 10 they are
accurate but then again there is
that 1 time that could be wrong-but
again i vote 1st impressions to be
pretty accurate

The first impression is when I
gauge a person for their
mannerisms. I can tell if I am
going to like someone or not
through that meeting. Especially if
they are too talkative, a talker is
just that all talk.

Yes I think the first impression is
usually right and a person should
stick with it. No surprises then
later.

No way! A person could be having a
bad day when you first meet them,
and that wont be them at all! To
assume so is just simply unfair.
Sorry to disagree, but its a
serious issue, a lot of people have
your ideal concrete in their mind.
Plus, even i have barriers when i
meet new people. It takes time to
let people in to how i really am,
in all my moods. Not because i am
fake, but because i am not one mood
all the time, one attitude. Noone
is.

First impression is 10% of what you
end up with.

Not really I learned that you have
to hang around with the person to
really know who they are.

The first impression of a person
might be affected. Maybe the person
you met was under stress or maybe
has some problems earlier that day,
so the first impression doesn't
describe the person accurately.

I heard it a lot, but practically
speaking it is not possible always.
