Taking care of your mind, body and
soul to be healthy, strong, and the
very best you can be is the ideal
diet to me. It's not what you look
like but how young you feel inside.
I just turned 53 years young and
people tell me all the time I look
like I'm in my early 40's.
Genetics has a lot to do with it,
yes. Most of the family members on
my Dad's side of the family look at
least 15 years younger then they
are. Thank goodness I inherited
his genes!

Definitely, i agree with you..i was
just in Hawaii on a beach and there
was this old guy that was running
along the beach that was REALLY
skinny and in great health probably
cuz he eats right and his diet is
healthy

 Anecdotal evidence aside, generally
speaking, a person who eats
healthier is healthier and a person
who looks healthier, looks younger.

Of course, having the right diet
will make you look healthier,
prettier & younger.

I don't know about younger but it
is good for us all.

It may have some effect, but I
think environment and genetics have
much more to do with how young you
look.
Environmental effects are pretty
obvious, such as sunlight aging the
skin.
Genetics... Well, I draw this
conclusion from looking at people I
know. For instance, I have an
uncle (by marriage, no blood
relation to me) who has basically
the same diet I do, and we are
about the same weight. However, he
is often thought to be younger than
me by many people, even though I am
44, and he is 78. I admit I look
somewhat older than I am, but most
people judge him to be around 50.
His sons , who are around my age or
slightly older, all look like they
are in their early 30's.
