Its a teens' choice to live life in
whatever way so teachers must do
their jobs and leave their private
life alone

I am writing in this column cuz the
other is way overwelmd. Sweet heart
if you are passing out nude pics of
your self , its good to feel free
and open but nothing good can come
to you.your beckoning to be
violated and abused, not to mention
your rep.there are some really bad
people out there that may get very
intised.and to cover up their dirty
deeds, you know what the decision
is most often? The young girl in a
very shallow grave.try going to the
morg on your free time and visit a
girl your age.you might see the
light.nothing worse then having to
go identify your Lil sis who was
found on a street in the wide open.
It sucks believe me.All it takes is
for just one of those pics to get
in the wrong Hans for your fate to
be created. God bless you dear and
I hope you wake up soon an realize
the world your in to
today.corrinm81

Yes you should leave teeens alone!!
Because if anything happens like an
unplanned regency they are gonna
have to deal with it because the
parent isn't gonna always be there
and also we need some freedom

First thing is, teens should not
even be looking at that stuff. Who
ever looks at porn is sick and
disgusting, and even more so at
that age. School do not want that
and they certainly do not want
other students to influence them to
read or share the dirty things with
others. Its inappropriate, it can
be related to having a girl strip
naked in school and every body look
at her or having the school show
porn movies for eduction. Its just
a stupid thought even to think they
should be allowed to carry that
stuff in to school. If my friends
brought that stuff in, I would stay
away from them until that got rid
of that garbage.

What on earth do you want to look
at pornography at school for? It
is not educational material in any
good sense of the word. In giving
youngsters a distorted view of what
sex is about, it could be said to
be harmful. While you are at
school your teachers are in "loco
parentis" meaning they are
standing-in for your parents. They
therefore have a responsibility to
keep you from harm.

I am a teen myself. There is a
reason we are not considered
adults. We live with a
gardian/parent for a reason. There
not called adult films for nothing.
Why would it every be ok for porn
to be viewed at school?!

I know a few kids around here with
terrible grades. One even failed
and will retake his grade next
year. Our own went to summer school
for math. We most definitely do not
need porn in school NO

 I am utterly disgusted.......
YUCK!!!!!! Teens have enough to
entertain themselves with and other
things to work on. When I have
children, if I knew they were on
school grounds looking at
pornography.... Actually they would
stand up to it, and that's just
another thing to put on more peer
pressure.

 I am definitely against
pornography. It is an unnatural and
distorted view of something that
should be beautiful and intimate.
That is not what I want my child
exposed to.

 School/College life should be
devoted to studies. It is your
career building & personality
developing age. If that pornography
becomes invested in that developing
personality it would be disastrous
& It interferes in career building
too.

There is no way that it should be
allowed! That is something that
adults partake in, and a child is
clearly corrupted by this stuff!!
How could you even think that this
would be accepted behavior!!!

It is bad enough to be degraded by
others but to degrade oneself has
to the worst. Some of the answers
posted by teens and the question
itself should be an embarassment to
themselves. And if you are going
to argue for something.. You should
be able to SPELL it. The other
thing is.. Do you children who are
all for porn at school have the
first clue what porn does to the
lives of some of the people
Involved.. Especially the porn that
uses CHILDREN.. And Human buying
and selling for HUMAN SLAVERY.. You
don't really even comprehend the
depth of the subject matter...

No it should not be on school
grounds if parents are ok with it
they can have it at home not school
b/c some parents may not approve or
want there kids watching or looking

 Um...NO, ok first off i don't like
pornography the way it is and in
order to view it you should be an
adult... And when you are in high
school you are not of age yet, so
how can you bring this stuff to
school anyway. Kids these days are
in way too big of a hurry to grow
up.

 Every adult should leave the
children alone. People that are
into porn with children are sick.

Any school that would even condone
such a thing should be closed down
if you want to sneak a look your
going to anyway but don't make our
children susceptible to that stuff

 I definitely think that teens
should not be able to look at porn.
I am a teen myself and i think its
nasty that kids as young as me do
watch porn.

I just got done commenting on the
"Is porn bad" debate.. And I said
that porn is not bad. BUT! When it
comes to teenagers bringing it to
school - NO WAY should that be
allowed. School is no place for
that kind of stuff. Young teens
shouldn't even have access to porn.
Like I said in the other debate..
Porn is ok behind the closed doors
of your home.

 Just like smoking and prostitution,
there's no reason in banning
something that will just happen
regardless of the rules. Besides,
what a person keeps in their bag is
their own business.

I think that looking at porn in
general is disgusting but as long
as it is in the privacy of your own
home its okay but why would anyone
bring that to school. If guys were
to bring a playboy to school
someone way to young to see it
might and might be offended. Plus
we can't have guys leaving
studyhall will a magazine to go
shake hands with the president or
pop a boner while giving a
presentation. They do that enough
as it is.

Ponography should not be taken into
school. In my school some of the
comments the guys make are
degrading. In your own time do as
you wish but do not bring it into
school. School is a place to lurn.

Sorry, I just came out of the
"Political Correctness" debate and
have to say, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR
MIND? Teens have enough to deal
with, peer pressure, drugs,
pregnancy, etc., they don't need
porn "handed" to them.
Unfortunately they can get whatever
they want pretty easy and to allow
it on school grounds? HELLO! I
think you're a pedifile (however
you spell that)

I remember i was in school one day
and a lad brought in a page from a
porn mag showing a completely naked
woman. We passed it around as
teenage boys would do and we each
made the customary lewd remark
about it. Now i went to an all boy
school. I couldnt understand what
all the fuss was about. Several
weeks later i was on the top row of
a double decker bus heading into
town. A bunch of schoolgirls got on
the bus and sat right behind me.
They were sniggering and talking
beneath their breaths and i was
feeling as if i was part of the
entertainment. Suddenly a rolled up
piece of paper hit me on the head
and i turned around. They laughed
uncontrollably and one of them said
, thats a love note for you. I
played it cool and opened the paper
to find it was a picture of a guy
with an enormous penis fully
erected. I pretended to laugh it of
with them. But in truth i was
mortified. I finally understood how
other womenfolk felt about being
exploited for other peoples
gratification. Ever since then i
think about how my mum or my sister
would feel if they found something
like that in my room. So while i
suppose today that would pass as
soft porn, i would not like it in
my home never mind my kids school.

What does pornography have to do
with school? School is no place
for it. I don't think many
parent's would approve of their
children being exposed to porn by
other kids.
With the state of sex education in
schools across the country, I can't
imagine porn being acceptable in
schools. Pornography does not
represent the true nature of sexual
relationships. Kids at that age
are too impressionable and are not
really ready to make decisions that
can have such an imoact on their
lives.

 The responsibility of society, in
part, is to protect minors (even
from themselves), and to ensure
minors grow up into adults who are
responsible and embrace values that
further the success of that
society. It's not a teacher's or
schools' or society's role to
indulge the underdeveloped, errant
or misguided minor whose experience
and basis for making decisions is
limited and whose brain is still
developing the capacity to make
logical, well-considered decisions.
Suggesting or advocating
pornogrpahy has a place in or
around school is a case in
point.
It's not a teen's choice to live in
whatever way they choose. We also
do not allow drugs or weapons on
school grounds, though some teens
would make that choice. Aren't you
glad for that? I am.

Private life is for home. When you
are at school, you arenot only
representing yourself, but your
family, and this can be horrendisly
offending. If you want to look at
porn, fine with me. But there are
people who wish not to see it, so
you should not bring things like
this to school. Keep them at home.
