 Quite right, and it would be so
easy to bring in a rule that first
defines who counts as "foreign" (no
disrespect to them), and then to
limit how many can be on the field
at any time during a match. That
way the managers could buy as many
as they wished, but they would have
to expend some time and money
developing home talent. |
